Julie Ybarra is an Environmental Analyst at CPS Energy, focusing on air compliance. With over four years of experience, including roles in waste management and environmental compliance, she has also supported air permits during her time as a Mickey Leland Environmental Intern at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Julie holds a Master’s in Water Resources Science and Technology from Texas A&M University-San Antonio and a Bachelor’s in Environmental Science from The University of Texas at San Antonio, specializing in Natural Resources and Wildlife Management.
